How does the SafeBuy Assurance Scheme protect me?

The SafeBuy scheme requires us, amongst other things, to do the following to ensure that your shopping experience with us is safe and successful. We must, and do:-

If you have a purchasing problem, and we cannot resolve the problem for you to your satisfaction or you feel we have not done enough to handle your complaint or problem, you may call upon the SafeBuy mediation service, at no cost to you, which can be referenced via the contact tab on the SafeBuy website at www.safebuy.org.uk. You have a further right of redress through the SafeBuy arbitration scheme run by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Of course, we will do everything we can to resolve any customer service or other issue with you beforehand and we hope that you will give us the opportunity to do so prior to invoking these facilities.
