REFUND POLICY

  • You are entitled to a full refund of your entire payment if you cancel your order prior prior to our being able to stop the picking and packing of your order in our automated warehouse (please see section 'Cancelling or Returning your order'). That is, you will need to cancel your order before you receive our 'Order is being prepared for despatch' email as this is generated when your order enters the warehouse system at which point the despatch cannot be halted

  • In all other circumstances you are entitled to a full refund of the original cost of the item, but not of any delivery costs you might have paid, if you cancel your order after the order has been despatched. As many of our items come with Free Shipping for UK customers, we will deduct from your refund the actual shipping cost that we incurred in despatching the item to you (overseas customers will not be refunded their actual delivery costs).

  • We do not refund return shipping costs under any circumstances. If a return has been agreed through the correct procedure and a returns authorisation number has been provided, due to the item arriving damaged or faulty for example, then we provide instructions to the customer as to how the item can be returned to us at our expense, and a replacement is also sent at our expense.

  •  You must obtain a returns authorisation number from us via the Enquiry form prior to returning any item otherwise the return may become lost or be rejected.
    If you are entitled to a refund, on damaged, faulty or mis-described grounds we will refund you as follows:
    if you return all items of your order at the same time on damaged, faulty or mis-described grounds we will refund the cost of your order and the delivery charge.

Delivery charges will not be refunded if you return only part of the order (e.g. you have ordered two items but only return one).  If items are parts of a set (e.g. dining table and chairs) you must return all parts in order to qualify for a refund.

Please note refunds can take 7-10 days to appear in your bank or credit card account.
